With offensive line arguably the most important position for the WVU football staff to recruit in the transfer portal, an All-Conference offensive tackle is set to visit West Virginia, per Pete Nakos of On3 Sports.

Listed at 6-foot-3 and 315-pounds, Johnnie Brown is looking to take his talents to the Power Four following completing his redshirt junior year. The Georgia Southern transfer started all 13 games for the Eagles during the 2025 season – 12 at left tackle and one at right tackle.

He was even named a third-team All-Sun Belt selection after playing a total of 826 snaps.

Brown is also scheduled to visit Clemson and Louisville. He spent two seasons with Georgia Southern after staring his career at Miami in 2022.
