Iowa Transfer Joe Toussaint to Visit West Virginia This Weekend

Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reported on Tuesday afternoon that Iowa transfer Joe Toussaint will visit West Virginia this upcoming weekend.

Toussaint (6-foot, 190 pounds) received interest from West Virginia’s coaching staff last Friday.

Toussaint spent three seasons at Iowa under head coach Fran McCaffrey, appearing in 98 games. The Bronx, Ny, native started in 21 games for the Hawkeyes, averaging 4.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists. Toussaint had a 2.3 assist to turnover ratio this past season. Toussaint shot 42 percent from the field, 25 percent from three and 83 percent from the free-throw line.
