To follow a strong first weekend of official visits, the WVU football program welcomed a whole new batch of quality recruits to Morgantown this weekend.

These players covered several key positions like wide receiver, offensive and the defensive secondary. Most of the celebrating from the West Virginia coaching staff stems from the commitments gained throughout the week, but the players who visited could very well be future Mountaineers as well.

Below is a list of some notable recruits who visited over the weekend.

Ric’Darious Farmer (2024 4-Star – WR)

Can WVU flip a recruit committed to their rival up north? Farmer is considered a four-star player and would be a big boost to West Virginia’s 2024 class.

The talented wide receiver from Cocoa High School in Cocoa, Florida committed to Pitt on Christmas Day after considering the Mountaineers among many other programs. He’s since made visits despite keeping his Pitt commitment.

Jaylan Hornsby (2024 4-Star – ATH, WR)

Hornsby, who has been holding a WVU offer since December, is lauded at 6-foot-1, 201 pounds. He’s a class of 2024 athlete out of Winslow Township High School in Camden, New Jersey.

Keelan Flowe (2024 – Safety)

WVSN spoke with Flowe, a Charlotte, North Carolina native, who is listed at 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds, soon after he received an offer from the Mountaineers on March 6.

Could 2024 Safety Recruit Keelan Flowe be the Perfect Fit for West Virginia Defense?

“They watched my film and they loved it and knew they had to offer me,” said Flowe at the time.

Diore Hubbard (2024 3-Star – RB)

Hubbard (5-foot-11, 190 pounds) received an official offer from West Virginia in late February.

He currently attends Gahanna Lincoln High School in Columbus, Ohio and earned the offer after having talks with WVU offensive coordinator Chad Scott.

Ryan Howerton (2024 3-Star – OL)

Zuri Madison (2024 3-Star – OL)

Amare Grayson (2024 – OL)
