Twitter Reaction: WVU Fans Understandably Annoyed with NCAA

The NCAA denied WVU G RaeQuan Battle of immediate eligibility once again on Tuesday after a three-week long appeal process. To no surprise, WVU fans are very annoyed with NCAA despite being used to the waiver process at this point. This is the third waiver denied over the past calendar year.

So, RaeQuan's coach was able to leave Montana State after last season and coach again right away. But Rae can't do the same thing @ncaa? The double standard is ridiculous.
