West Virginia basketball coach Bob Huggins spoke to members of the media via Zoom Thursday afternoon as the Mountaineers continue their preseason practices.

Huggins talked about preparing for the start of the season, saying he fully expects the Crossover Classic to be played despite a couple of teams dropping out. Huggins also talked about a few of his players that he expects to be much improved this season, including Oscar Tshiebwe, Jalen Bridges and Sean McNeil. To close, Huggins explained why he thinks the Mountaineers will be much better from beyond the three-point line this season compared to 2020-19.
