Recently offered WVU football recruit Ethan Lawson flexes his muscles during a workout. Lawson posted a video that shows the offensive line prospect lifting on social media.

Feeling that he fits what theyโ€™re looking for in an offensive lineman, the WVU football staff extended an offer to 2027 recruit Ethan Lawson on Feb. 5.

Lawson, listed at 6-foot-6 and 300 pounds, has the size and versatility that West Virginia covets. He even told WV Sports Now what WVU offensive line coach Rick Trickett said to him when he called him with the offer.

โ€œThey told me they like the way I play, the way I come off the ball and my physicality,โ€ said Lawson. He also wanted to emphasize that heโ€™s willing to play anywhere on the line that will help the Mountaineers.
