Transfer John Neider agreed to test his talents on the Power Four level as part of WVU’s new wide receiver room in January.
The 6-foot-2, 201-pound Neider is coming off a productive season, catching 27 passes for 422 yards and scoring a pair of touchdowns.
Neider started five games in 2025, his third year with UConn. After a redshirt first year, Neider appeared mostly on special teams in 2024.
Neider took an official visit to WVU soon after officially entering the transfer portal.
