West Virginia loses its first transfer player this cycle in defensive back Jaylon Shelton.
The New London, Texas native posted a farewell message to WVU and announced his decision to enter the Transfer Portal Wednesday evening. Shelton has three years left of his eligibility.

West Virginia has received a commitment from Montana State transfer guard RaeQuan Battle on Wednesday afternoon, per his Instagram. Battle becomes the fifth transfer for WVU’s offseason class.
