Will Grier finishes 4th in final Heisman Trophy voting

New York, New York – The votes are in and West Virginia quarterback Will Grier officially finishes 4th in the Heisman Trophy voting.

Kyler Murray of Oklahoma won the Heisman Trophy as Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa placed 2nd and Ohio State QB Dwayne Haskins finished 3rd.

Here is the official Heisman Trophy voting by number of votes:

1. Kyler Murray- 2,167

2. Tua Tagovailoa – 1,871

3. Dwayne Haskins- 783

4. Will Grier- 126

5. Gardner Minshew-122

Grier announced earlier today that he will not be playing in the Mountaineers bowl game vs Syracuse as he prepares for the NFL Draft.

Grier finished the 2018 season with 3,864 yards and 37 touchdowns.
