WVU Tech men’s basketball coach James Long will coach the WVU alumni team Best Virginia in the 2021 TBT, the Final Fourcast announced on Twitter Thursday afternoon.

Long appeared in 23 games for the Mountaineers as a player from 2014-17 and is in his third season as WVU’s video coordinator. WVU Tech went 13-7Β  and won the River States Conference championship this season under Long.

Best Virginia has gradually been announcing its 2021 roster in the lead-up to this year’s TBT. Morgantown native and former Mountaineer Nathan Adrian was announced on the roster last week.
