WVU’s Rodney Gallagher Announces T-Shirt Sales to Benefit Children’s Hospital

WVU’s freshman standout on the field, Rodney Gallagher III is also standing out in the Mountaineer community.
The top-ranked WVU recruit in the 2023 class announced Monday evening via his X (Twitter) account that he will be giving proceeds of his t-shirt sales to the Morgantown Children’s Hospital. The t-shirt design highlights a photo of Gallagher in blue, gold combo WVU uniform and his signature.
“Morgantown means a lot to me, so I’ve been wanting to find a way to give back,” Gallagher said of his decision to give back to the community he is playing for. “Let’s be a part of something bigger Mountaineer Nation.”

The shirt is $30 and can be purchased in youth (small to large) and adult (small to 2xl) sizes. They can be purchased by going to his website. Gallagher also gave back to the youth recently by hosting a football camp this past summer.
Gallagher made an impact Saturday in West Virginia’s win over the UCF Knights by receiving the ball two times for 20 yards and rushing for 15 yards.
