For a good period of time, recruiting analysis had predicted Mangham committing to WVU but following a delay on his commitment date, things changed throughout the recruitment process.
The four-star receiver will now plan on heading to East Lansing, Michigan in 2022.
On a positive note for West Virginia, the class of 2022 for the Mountaineers is 18th in the country, third in the Big 12 according to 247Sports.
