4-Star WR Prospect to Visit WVU Football for Pivotal Game
In trying to build the future of the WVU football program, Rich Rodriguez and his staff invited a top recruit to their game this weekend.
Wide receiver prospect Havyn Searels revealed that he will be in attendance on Saturday afternoon when the Mountaineers battle Arizona in a pivotal Big 12 game.
Offered in early June by WVU wide receives coach Ryan Garrett, Searels’ visit is the next step in strengthening his relationship with the coaches.
A 2028 recruit, Searels, a product of Georgia’s Dalton High School is listed as 6-foot-5 and 185 pounds. He also has Power Four offers from Boston College, Georgia Tech, UCF and Wake Forest and lower level offers from schools like East Carolina, Eastern Kentucky, FAU, Kent State, Miami (OH) among others.
Searels is currently ranked as a four-star recruit by 247 Sports and the No. 38 player in his class in Georgia.
