2024 3-Star LB Recruit Includes West Virginia Football in Top 5

WVU football is battling it out with another Big 12 program and several others for a three-star linebacker recruit.
Montele “MJ” Johnson (6-foot-2, 230 pounds), a class of 2024 prospect out of West Bloomfield High School in West Bloomfield, Michigan, announced he has narrowed down his list of schools to a top five. Johnson included West Virginia in that group along with Boston College, Louisville, Kansas and Rutgers.
First I want to thank all of the schools that recruited me throughout this process… But now I’m narrowing down my options down to 5 schools…RECRUITMENT IS STILL 100% OPEN. @ZHilbs @CoachBlackwell_ @Rivals_Clint @AllenTrieu @MohrRecruiting @ChadSimmons_ @RivalsFriedman pic.twitter.com/eYOXM1MkLR
