The Mountaineers are going to have a decision from three-star tight end recruit Brody Kosin one way or another very soon.

A couple months after receiving an offer from WVU, Kosin is now saying he will announce which school he will commit to by the end on the month on April 29. The class of 2024 product out of Clarkston High School in Michigan is considering a group of 10 programs.

Listed at 6’6″ and 225 pounds, Kosin is also weighing offers from Duke, Georgia Tech, Kansas, Kentucky, Indiana, Maryland, Pitt, Tulsa and Wake Forest.

Adding a player like Kosin would be a big get for WVU and solidify the tight end spot for years to come. Kosin is classified as the number 25 tight end nationally and number 14 player in Michigan by On3.com. He’s ranked a bit lower by 247 Sports, but still a respectable 36 and 24 for the country at his position and as far as tight ends in the state.

This off-season, West Virginia went out and landed a solid transfer in Kole Taylor tight end with two years left of eligibility, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t also thinking about the future of the position.
