**First offer of the day from West Virginia goes to 2021 3-star cornerback Devonta Smith from LaSalle High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. Smith (5’11”, 170) now holds offers from Cincinnati, Iowa State, Kentucky, Minnesota, Boston College, Louisville, Northwestern, Pitt and Vanderbilt. Smith also received an offer from Oklahoma today.
