Plenty of connections here. Obviously Rodriguez was famously the WVU football coach once upon a time and was also a player for the Mountaineers. He started as a standout player at North Marion High before his college playing and coaching career. There is also the West Virginia connection with ULM coach Terry Bowden — a Morgantown High and WVU alum who played for both the Mohigans and Mountaineers.
Terry Bowden hires Rich Rodriguez to be his OC at Louisiana Monroe. They're gonna serve pepperoni rolls at team meetings.
