Update 7 a.m: West Virginia has extended an offer to 2024 New Jersey safety Cam Richardson. Richardson is a 6-foot-2, 185-pound strong safety rom St. Peter’s Prep in Jersey City, N.J. He is an unranked prospect with previous Power Five offers from Boston College, Maryland, Penn State and Syracuse.
