Bills Draft Former Mountaineer Kaden Prather in 7th Round
Despite leaving West Virginia before the 2023 season, Kaden Prather now becomes another ex Mountaineer with a shot at playing in the NFL. The Buffalo Bills drafted Prather in the seventh round to conclude their draft on Saturday.
Prather, a Neal Brown recruit at the start of his college career, now gets a chance to catch passes from Josh Allen in the NFL.
Prather began his college career at WVU, where he caught 12 passes for 175 yards as a true freshman in 2021. His first strong season came in 2022, when he made 52 receptions for 501 yards and three touchdowns.
