According to multiple sources former West Virginia fullback Elijah Wellman has signed with the Washington Redskins as an undrafted free agent. Wellman helped pave the way for 1,000 yard rushers Wendell Smallwood and Justin Crawford during his five years in Morgantown.
The West Virginia native will attend rookie mini camp in hopes of signing on with the team for the preseason in the fall.
