Mountaineers in the NFL: Week 12 Review

Nine former West Virginia University football players saw action in the National Football League last week, including rookie Colton McKivitz getting his first professional start with the San Francisco 49ers.

MOUNTAINEERS IN THE NFL: WEEK 12

Buffalo Bills (Bills 27, Chargers 17)
Daryl Worley – CB – 5th season – Signed to the Bills practice squad.

Carolina Panthers (Vikings 28. Panthers 27)
Rasul Douglas – CB – 4th season – Started at cornerback and recorded seven tackles with six being solo stops. Saw action on all 73 defensive plays and six special teams snaps.

Will Grier – QB – 2nd season – Was not active.

Kenny Robinson – S – 1st season – Saw action on 16 special teams snaps.

Cincinnati Bengals (Giants 19, Bengals 17)
Quinton Spain – OG – 6th season  –  Saw action on all 49 offensive plays and one special teams snap.

Cleveland Browns (Browns 27, Jaguars 25)
Karl Joseph – S – 5th season – Recorded five tackles with four being solo stops. Saw action on 64 defensive plays and six special teams snaps.

Indianapolis Colts (Titans 45, Colts 26)
Mark Glowinski – OG – 6th season – Started at right guard. Saw action on all 74 offensive plays, while also recording playing time on two special teams snaps.

Las Vegas Raiders (Falcons 43, Raiders 6)
Nick Kwiatkoski – LB – 5th season – Started at middle linebacker and recorded six tackles with four being solo stops. Saw action on 61 defensive plays and nine special teams snaps.

Los Angeles Chargers (Bills 27, Chargers 17)
Kyzir White – LB – 3rd season – Placed on COVID-19 list.

Miami Dolphins (Dolphins 20, Jets 3)
Adam Pankey – OT – 4th season – Saw action on four offensive plays.

New England Patriots (Patriots 20, Cardinals 17)
Yodny Cajuste – OT – 2nd season – Placed on injured reserve.

New York Jets (Dolphins 20, Jets 3)
Trevon Wesco – TE – 2nd season – Placed on injured reserve.

San Francisco 49ers (49ers 23, Rams 20)
Colton McKivitz – OT – 1st season – Earned his first NFL start at right guard. He saw action on all 72 offensive plays.

Seattle Seahawks (Seahawks 23, Eagles 17)
Bruce Irvin  –  LB – 9th season – Tore his ACL in week 2 against the Patriots and was placed on the injured reserve list by the Seahawks.

Geno Smith – QB – 8th season – Active but did not play in Monday night football.

Tennessee Titans (Titans 45, Colts 26)
David Long Jr. – LB – 2nd season – Recorded three tackles with two being solo stops. Saw action on 36 defensive plays and nine special teams snaps.
