New York Jets Set to Sign WVU Product OT Yodny Cajuste

The New York Jets are bringing in a former Mountaineer to help bolster their offensive line around Aaron Rodgers. According to multiple reports, WVU product Yodny Cajuste signed with the Jets Tuesday morning after being cut by the Patriots two week ago.
The Florida native was drafted in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft by New England. Cajuste will now compete to earn a role with the Jets during training camp.

Prior to entering the NFL, Cajuste was named the Big 12’s Co-Offensive Lineman of the Year in 2018 and also earned All-Big 12 honors in each of his last two years in college at West Virginia.
The 27-year-old appeared in 10 games for the Patriots in 2022 while making three starts. He will now a shot at extending his NFL career with his former team’s rival in the New York Jets.
