Ole Miss OL commit says WVU visit “definitely a good one”

The Mountaineers picked up their first two offensive line commitment earlier today from Junior Uzebu and Briason Mays and are possibly looking to add a few more before the end of this years recruiting cycle. This morning I caught up with Ole Miss OL commit, Blaine Scott (6’4″ 315) who is being recruited by Coach Wickline as a guard. “Coach Tall and Coach Wickline are who I talk with the most. Coach Tall and I have been talking for a year or so now and I have been in contact with Coach Wick for a few months now. We have gotten to know each other pretty well.” Scott said.  He also added, “They are all real straight shooters and tell you how it is. They’re all so personable and good people to talk to and you can tell they really care about you.”

In addition to being committed to Ole Miss, West Virginia is not the only school chasing after his talents. Other schools such as Duke, Miami, Michigan State, Arkansas, Florida and Penn State are hoping to close in.

“As of now I’m committed to Ole Miss, however the WVU visit was definitely a good one.”- Scott said

Scott plans on becoming an early enrollee and also stated that he will “for sure” be up for a game at Mountaineer Field this fall.
