Top receiver target “feels at home” at WVU

With camp season officially over for the Mountaineers, the coaching staff is set to turn their focus to preparing for Tennessee on September 1st. But, they will still be highly engaged in recruiting one of Virginia’s top players, wide receiver Ali Jennings.

Jennings (6’2″ 190 lbs) of Highland Springs high school is fresh off his visit to the mountain state and informed me that things went pretty well. “It was great to finally meet everyone and get a feel for the program. Great guys, great staff, they all knew me and made me feel right at home.”

There is currently no timetable for the star receiver to make a decision, but did tell me that he will be “narrowing things down soon”. Jennings came away impressed with the facilities saying, “They showed me everything. Great facilities, updated and modern.”

He plans on returning to Morgantown in the future for an official visit, but a date is yet to be determined.
