Watch: WVU F Brenen Lorient Swings Momentum with Monster Block Against Pitt
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – In the middle of a highly contested rivalry game, WVU forward Brenen Lorient made a play that swung momentum and caught fire across social media.
As Pitt was driving the lane and looking to cash in on an easy basket, Lorient came out of nowhere and blocked the shot, causing the ball to bounce off the backboard.

This play helped keep Pitt off the board and further an 11-0 run by the Mountaineers.
At halftime, West Virginia holds a 34-25 lead over the Panthers.
