Watch: WVU QB JT Daniels Mimics Russell Wilson in Promo Video
There’s no denying there’s pressure on this West Virginia team to show the program is truly climbing, but it’s essential to not let pressure kill the mood. WVU’s new quarterback JT Daniels is bringing some much needed levity to the season prep by mimicking an NFL quarterback in a promo video.
Daniels gave a “Mountaineer Nation, let’s ride” to parody Denver Broncos quarterback and NFL veteran Russell Wilson, who much like Daniels, is embarking on a new journey with a new team.

Wilson shouted “Broncos Country, let’s ride” in a team hype video a week earlier.
While what he does on the field is the most important thing, Daniels already appears to have the personality to offer Mountaineer Nation entertainment all year.
