West Virginia Offers 2024 In-State Recruit Curtis Jones Jr.

West Virginia head coach Neal Brown and his staff have extended an offer to local recruit Curtis Jones, Jr., a member of the Class of 2024.
Jones (6-foot-2, 210 pounds), who attends Cabell Midland High School in Ona, WVa., just shy of three hours southwest of Morgantown, announced the offer via his Twitter account on Friday.

West Virginia marks the first Power 5 offer that Jones has received out of a total of four from Division I schools. The other three include Marshall, Toledo and Eastern Kentucky.
Jones made a visit to Morgantown on April 1 as a part of West Virginia Day.

The 6-foot-2, 215-pound recruit played both running back and linebacker for Cabell Midland, which went 6-4 this past fall.
Curtis Jones Jr. has also been receiving interest from Maryland and Appalachian State, having visited both schools, and also camped at Virginia Tech, Kentucky and Harvard.
