**The West Virginia staff extend an offer to sophomore 4-star wide receiver Darrius Clemons from Westview High School in Portland, Oregon. Clemons is rated as one of the Top 150 sophomores in the country and holds offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Oregon, Oregon State, Arizona State, BYU, California, Nebraska, Penn State, Northwestern, Utah and Washington State.
