The West Virginia Sports Now Daily Notebook is a daily recap of news concerning West Virginia Football and Basketball.

**Update (6:08 p.m.) –

Former West Virginia women’s basketball player JeAnna Cunningham has transferred to Alabama, the school announced today. Cunningham played in just 13 games in her two-year West Virginia career. The 6-foot-4 center was a former four-star recruit and the No. 13 rated forward by ESPN in high school.

Update (2:28 p.m.) –

Special teams coordinator Jeff Koonz is the 19th highest paid special teams coordinator in all of college football at a whopping $400,000 according to footballscoop.com. Koonz is also the team’s inside linebacker coach and is in his second year as special teams coordinator with West Virginia.

**Update (9:15 a.m.) – 

The West Virginia rowing team finished their season at the BIG12 Championships this past weekend. The conference championships were swept by Texas, who will head to the NCAA Championships representing the BIG12’s conference champion.
