WV Sports Now Recruiting Notebook: December 9
West Virginia had a big weekend recruiting-wise. Other than four-star running back Lamy Constant de-committing, it was also a visit weekend at WVU, with multiple recruits and commits in town.
Update 8:35 p.m.
**2021 tight end Jack Pugh visited WVU over the weekend. Pugh is from Hillard, Ohio and has offers from Cincinnati, Iowa State, Pitt, Akron, Bowling Green, Kent State and Toledo.

**Fellow Ohioan Darryl Peterson was also on campus over the weekend. Peterson is a three-star 2021 defensive end from Akron. He has offers from Pitt, Maryland Iowa State, Wisconsin, Akron and Alabama.

**West Virginia has offered 2022 running back Chase Gillespie from Tallahassee, Florida. Gillespie has offers from Florida International, Georgia Tech and South Alabama.

**Broderick Wisecarver, a four-star 2021 offensive lineman from St. Louis visited this weekend. West Virginia offered Wisecarver on Sept. 30 and he also has offers from Indiana, Iowa State, Kentucky and Louisville.
