** West Virginia has offered defensive end Mattheus Carroll from Baltimore.

Carroll (6-foot-5, 220 lbs.) is a 2021 defensive end from Gilman School in Maryland. Both 247Sports and rivals have Carroll rated as a three-star recruit. He has power five offers from Boston College, Duke, Louisville, Maryland, Pitt, South Carolina, Syracuse, Vanderbilt, Virginia, and Virginia Tech.
**West Virginia is the latest school to offer 2021 cornerback William Simpkins III.

Simpkins (6-foot-2, 175 lbs.) is from Gaithersburg, Maryland. 247Sports rates Simpkins as a three-star prospect, but rivals has him as a two-star. He has power five offers from Duke, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Pitt, Syracuse and Virginia Tech.
**West Virginia has offered 2023 linebacker Semaj Bridgeman.

Bridgeman (6-foot-2, 220 lbs.) just finished his freshman season at Bishop Mcdevitt in Wyncote, Pennsylvania. Other than WVU, Bridgeman has offers from Rutgers, Maryland, Ole Miss, Iowa State, Bowling Green, Pitt, Central Michigan and Syracuse.
