Former Mountaineer defensive back Kenny Robinson has joined the Carolina Panthers’ practice squad. Robinson spent a season playing in the XFL after leaving WVU and was drafted by the Panther in the fifth round of the most recent NFL draft.
Also, S Kenny Robinson and T Matt Kaskey both cleared waivers and joined Panthers' practice squad.

Another Big 12 game has been postponed, this time Oklahoma State’s game against Tulsa, originally scheduled for Sept. 12. Tulsa was forced to have limited practices this summer due to COVID cases, and so the game was pushed back one week to Sept. 19.

Hello! Good morning! For those of you over 30 you’re about to feel very old, and for many of you under 30 there is a good chance you are about to be confused.
The creative folks in the WVU athletic department filmed the new members of the Mountaineer men’s basketball team trying to identify things from the 1990s. I think Kedrian Johnson not only nails who Steve Urkle is, but also refers to himself as “Skeeter” — which, well I love a good nickname so he is Skeeter Johnson from now on as far as I’m concerned.
Our new guys were all born near the turn of the century. 🎉
