WVU Continues Pursuit of WR Depth by Offering Charlotte Transfer
As WVU continues a push to add more receiver depth, the Mountaineers sent an offer to another transfer on Wednesday.
Charlotte transfer Jack Hestera can now be added to the long list of receivers with an offer from West Virginia. Hestera entered the transfer portal during the recent window in March and has two more years left of eligibility.

Listed at 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds, Hestera, a Cedar Park, Texas native, is on the hunt for his third college program after initially starting his career at Colorado. He started in seven games and played in 9 during the 2023 season with Charlotte, catching 28 balls for 349 yards and scored three touchdowns after making 14 receptions for 157 yards while playing in 11 games in two years with the Buffalo.

Hestra has also received offers from Houston, Nevada, Ole Miss and Utah State.
