WVU Football added to their 2026 recruiting class on Saturday, June 21, earning the commitment of offensive tackle Lamarcus Dillard.

A three star recruit out of Maryland, Dillard stands 6-foot-3 and tips the scale at 295 pounds. He also picked up offers from Pitt, Miami, UCF and Virginia Tech, among others.

Dillard announced his commitment in a post to Twitter (X), tagging offensive line coach Jack Bicknell Jr. and his assistants, Treylen Brown and Derek Dressler, in the post.

The Mountaineers were one of the first Power Four programs to offer Dillard, doing so in January 2023 during the Neal Brown regime. Despite the change in leadership, new head coach Rich Rodriguez and company still managed to bring Dillard into the fold.
