WVU Football Pinpoints Prospect as Possible Next Great Long Snapper

Looking to find the next great Mountaineer long snapper, the WVU football program offered Warren Flatt on June 13th.

Flatt, listed at 6-foot-5 and 200 pounds, announced his West Virginia offer with a long post on X (formerly Twitter).

“After a great official visit and conversation with coach Pat Kirkland and general manager Chuck Little. I am beyond blessed, grateful, and honored to receive an offer to continue my academic and athletic career at West Virginia University!!! Thank you to the entire coaching staff and the faculty for an incredible visit and opportunity!!.” said Flatt.ย 

A product of West Aura High School in Chicago, Ill., Flatt is trained by the renowned long snapper training Nolan Owen. He has a few other offers and spent time at major camps at Ohio State and Purdue.
