WVU Men Ranked Top-20 in Final AP and Coaches Polls

The West Virginia men’s basketball team has been ranked No. 13 in the final AP Poll and No. 16 in the final USA Today Coaches Poll, released Tuesday.

The Mountaineers fished the season with a 19-10 record, 11-6 in the Big 12. They won five games over ranked opponents, including an upset of then-No. 7 Texas Tech in Lubbock. WVU made it to the second round of the NCAA men’s tournament, losing to No. 11 seed Syracuse.
