West Virginia landed a commitment from Florida State transfer Jeremiah Bembry on Sunday afternoon. Bembry is the first addition since the interim head coach Josh Eilert took over two weeks ago.

Here’s WVU’s updated roster as of Sunday:

Guards:

RaeQuan Battle

Jeremiah Bembry

Kobe Johnson

Kerr Kriisa

Omar Silverio

Seth Wilson

Forwards:

Josiah Harris

Patrick Suemnick

Bigs:

Jesse Edwards

West Virginia basketball is entering week three with new interim head coach Eilert. The Mountaineers now have four spots to fill for next season and are waiting on waivers for Battle and Silverio. West Virginia currently returns 10% of scoring from last year with Wilson, Johnson, Suemnick and Harris. West Virginia still has four transfers in the current class with Battle, Edwards, Kriisa and Silverio. WVU’s class is ranked No. 2 in the country by 247 Sports’ database. The four combined for 53 points per game on their respective teams. Granted they played at all different levels of the game so their averages could look different next year in the Big 12.

Over the last two weeks, West Virginia has lost Tre Mitchell (F), Joe Toussaint (G), Mohamed Wague (F), James Okonkwo (F) and Jose Perez (G). Perez was the only one to not play out of the five.
