In the Holler: 2025 WPIAL Product Raves About Experience at WVU Football Spring Practice
Jayden Price’s most recent trip to West Virginia was his best experience with the WVU football staff yet, at least that’s how it sounds from what he had to say after attending spring practice on Thursday.
“Had a great time a at WVU. Really enjoyed seeing the campus and watching practice! Awesome atmosphere and great hospitality!,” said the recruit out of Western Pennsylvania on X (Twitter).

A journey that started in Germany could end up in West Virginia. Price, a class of 2025 athlete from a high school that’s part of Western Pennsylvania’s WPIAL, has been able to get a glimpse of what life could be like as a Mountaineer thanks to multiple visits to Morgantown.
Price detailed what he heard from the WVU staff to WV Sports Now, revealing the coaches interest in seeing him run one particular test that often serves as a key barometer for an athlete.
