“They were just the perfect fit” said Parker. “School looked amazing. Coaches treated me well and I feel like I will do big things in a Mountaineer uniform.”
The 6’5” 280-lb offensive tackle makes his presence known on the field with his physicality. His size and strength are noticeable on tape, but it’s his athleticism that jumps out at you. He tracks down linebackers up field and once he engages, he moves them out of the play violently.
Parker was in attendance for the West Virginia game Saturday. “The experience was amazing. The fans from all over were giving me high fives and telling me what I meant to them.” Boasted Parker.
The scene after the game inside Bank of America Stadium went viral on social media and Parker took notice. “The tradition is amazing.” Said Moorer. “It’s the best I’ve seen and sitting from a fan perspective on Saturday, showed me the love WV fans have for their team.”
Parker plans on making an official visit after the season.
