Former WVU DB Jahmile Addae to return as defensive coach

Morgantown, WV – According to multiple reports, former West Virginia defensive back standout Jahmile Addae will be brought onto the West Virginia coaching staff.

Addae is coming from Minnesota where he was the defensive backs coach in 2018 for head coach P.J. Fleck. Prior to that, he spent five years at the University of Arizona, three years as an analyst and two years as the corners coach.

During his playing career at WVU, he recorded 189 tackles and snagged 8 interceptions from the 2001-05 seasons.

It appears that Addae will serve as the corners coach as he will be replacing Doug Belk, who took the co-defensive coordinator job at Houston.
