BREAKING: West Virginia lands Top 2020 in state recruit

Published

on

The West Virginia coaching staff had one heck of a recruiting weekend and have already seen their efforts pay off with commitments from linebacker Lanell Carr and athlete David Okoli.

Moments ago, class of 2020 offensive lineman Zach Frazier of Fairmont announced his commitment to West Virginia. He chose WVU over Stanford, Virginia Tech, Louisville and a few others. Frazier is highly regarded as one of the top prospects in the state of West Virginia and has recently gained more attention from Power Five schools.

At 6’2” 285 lbs, Frazier still has some filling out to do, but thanks to strength coach Mike Joseph that should not take very long. Frazier becomes the first West Virginia native to commit to Neal Brown’s staff for the 2020 class.

Stay tuned to DubVNation for more recruiting updates throughout the week.
