Neal Brown Makes Visit to Marchiol’s Home, Other 2022 Commits
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – As the regular season concluded for West Virginia football, head coach Neal Brown and his coaching staff are making visits to the class of 2022 commits, including 4-star quarterback Nicco Marchiol.

Marchiol is coming off the completion of his senior season at Hamilton High School (AZ), where he led his team to a 11-1 record, making it to the AIA State Football Championship semifinals. Marchiol threw for 2,666 yards, 36 touchdowns and just two interceptions on the season. Marchiol has a completion rate of 73.9 percent. The 6-foot-2 quarterback also ran for 363 yards, with six touchdowns.
Marchiol is looking to officially become a Mountaineer, on next Wednesday, Dec. 15, as it is the early National Signing Day.
Brown and staff have made trips to the homes of the other 2022 recruits, including ATH Christion Stokes, OL Landen Livingston, OL Charlie Katarincic, LB Raleigh Collins III and OL Maurice Hamilton.
