WVU Football Helmets

No matter what anybody thinks about this year’s WVU football team, almost no one is giving them any chance to start the season with a win against Penn State.

But if West Virginia fans are looking for even the slightest optimism, look no further than ESPN’s Football Power Index? Not exactly. The only sliver of hope from ESPN FPI is that they do have the Mountaineers with a chance above 0%.
