Top-5 Performances by Jesse Edwards During Syracuse Career

Former Syracuse big man Jesse Edwards is visiting West Virginia this weekend for his first scheduled visit in the transfer portal. Edwards, a 6-foot-11 senior, cut his list down to three schools: WVU, Kansas and Gonzaga. Let’s take a look at Edwards’ best performances during his four years at Syracuse.

Edwards enters the transfer portal for his fifth and final season of college basketball. The Netherlands native averaged 14.5 points, 10.3 rebounds and 2.7 blocks per game this past season for Basketball Hall of Fame coach Jim Boeheim. Edwards produces all of his offense in the paint, shooting at 59 percent from the field.
Edwards entered the transfer portal early Tuesday morning, hearing from many Power-5 programs. West Virginia’s staff contacted Edwards immediately, scheduling a visit that same day. Kansas nor Gonzaga have scheduled any visit with Edwards. The Jayhawks will host Michigan big man Hunter Dickinson starting next week.
