Always having to focus on the future as well as the present, Ross Hodge and his WVU basketball staff are among those set to host a top 2027 recruit as the summer turns to fall.

Four-star point guard Justin Frison has scheduled four key official full weekend visits, per a Friday, July 3 report from Sam Kyser of League RDY.

Frison will check out Miami (Ohio), Murray State, Ole Miss and then West Virginia, in that order. WVU has him on the calendar for the weekend of Sept. 25-27.

Listed at about 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds, Frison is a coveted prospect out of Houston High School in the Germantown area of Tennessee. He’s ranked as the No. 2 player in the state by national recruiting services like 247 Sports.

Frison, viewed as an elite passer, already has offers from Chattanooga, Memphis, Miami (Ohio), West Virginia and several others. He’s also recently heard from Cincinnati and Xavier and many others with interest as well.
