Former West Virginia commit Fede Federiko is taking his official visit to Pitt, starting on Friday, he told Pittsburgh Sports Now.

Federiko de-committed from West Virginia on Monday. WV Sports Now reached out to Federiko for a comment, but did not receive a response.

Federiko (6-foot-11) averaged 11.7 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.9 blocks in 29 games for Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa. Federiko shot 59 percent from the field, but didn’t attempt a three-pointer all season.

Federiko committed to West Virginia back in February.
