WVU Football Adds Another 2025 OL Commitment in Ohio Product
The WVU football staff added another offensive line commit to their 2025 class. Jahmir Davis, a product of LaSalle High School in Cincinnati, Ohio announced his commitment on Instagram Monday evening.
Listed at 6-foot-6, 305 pounds, Davis’ commitment comes right after his visit over the weekend.
He also had offers from Marshall and Kent State and had some interest from major programs like Iowa State and Illinois. West Virginia offensive line coach Matt Moore was the driving force to lock up Davis.
Davis now becomes WVU’s 22nd commitment for their 2025 class and the fourth offensive lineman, joining Amir Leonard-Jean Charles, Gavin Crawford, and Eidan Buchanan.
The Early National Signing Day period in December starts on Dec. 4.

In my opinion, the most important offensive strategy is a great offensive line. An average QB, i.e. Garret Greene, can excel with a great offensive line and that goes for running backs. It also goes without saying, equally important is a strong defense.
