WVU Football Fans Sound Off After Watching Iowa State Loss

This was the wrong hire from the start! Not letting Wren cook and bring in a Brian Hartline will set the football back even further, this team is a get right game for any offense this year, truly sad state for this program! When does basketball start

WVU Football = Complete Incompetence.

I don't blame the defensive players. They have no idea what they're doing because the DC refuses to simplify what he's doing. He can talk about communication, but they don't know what to communicate to each other because they're completely lost.

This WVU defense has made more white guys look good these past two weeks than Abercrombie & Fitch in 1998.

Where all the bozos talking bout “remember, WVU won’t face an offense like Oklahoma State for the rest of the year”?

We scored 42 points AND freakin' lost. Zac Alley needs to go last week. My grandma could call a better defense. 2 freakin' RB passes for touchdowns. #WVU

That hurts. Having watching Rich Rod football his entire career this might be the worst defense he’s ever fielded as a HC. Unreliable, no edge, and no grit.

A lot of blame to go around for today’s result, like mental errors, but not what anyone expected on D in year 2 #WVU
