WVU Football Joins Big 12 Schools, Rival in Offering 2027 Florida WR

Joining a couple fellow Big 12 schools, the WVU football program sent an offer to a Florida based wide receiver prospect.

Jordan Donahoo, listed at 6-foot-4 and 188 pounds, announced his West Virginia offer on April 13th.

Initially receiving most of his offers from smaller schools, the Mountaineers are now in a recruiting battle that already included Cincinnati and Kansas State and even rival Pitt.

Recruiting Donahoo, a product of Oviedo High School, emphasizes WVU’s plan to further build a pipeline of Florida talent up to West Virginia.

He spoke directly with WVU wide receivers coach Ryan Garrett when he learn of the Mountaineers’ interest. Donahoo also plays basketball in high school.
