WVU Football Edge recruit Jabarrius Garror

Knowing top 2027 edge prospect Jabarrius Garror still has multiple seasons left of high school ball, the WVU football program isn’t scared of his hard commit to Alabama. Even though Garror committed to the Crimson Tide last summer, he’s still talking to other schools.

West Virginia decided to pull the trigger on sending him an offer on Friday. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound Garror then announced his latest Power Four offer on social media.

A product of Vigor High School in Mobile, Ala., Garror is ranked as a consensus four-star recruit and one of the top Alabama player in his class. Garror is even considered an ESPN top 300 player.

To show the type of recent interest Garror has been getting, he also received offers from Baylor, Nebraska and Texas just in May alone. Overall, he also has Power Four offers from Arkansas, Auburn, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, LSU, Miami (FL), Michigan, Mississippi State, Missouri, Ohio State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, UCF and Vanderbilt.
